Edit: At 28 minutes, the timer reset to 1 minute counting up and then turned into a 1 minute countdown. And then started over counting up :) And now it counts down then counts back up to 30 seconds.
Clash is a formal tournament that people work their lives around. They should at least be given the decency of a fair match. I think it makes sense that players should have 60+ levels to play it as it makes sure that they understand the game and are ready, but also people can be lv40 and be ready for the game too.

Agree, it's so aids for tier 1 clash because they always make it start the latest. Wish they would let tier 1 start the same time as tier 4. Tier 1 clash starting late because of potential server/network issues isn't a valid excuse. It's bloody 2023 riot. The technology is there, fking use it bozos
